The Government, through the Road Development Agency (RDA), has embarked on a broad Road Sector Investment Programme (RoadSIP). The key objective of RoadSIP is to construct, maintain, rehabilitate and improve or upgrade roads. The focus is on improving the Core Road Network (CRN) which has been identified, taking into account such aspects as connectivity (international or provincial linkages), poverty alleviation and agricultural marketing activities.
The Zambia Public Procurement Authority on behalf of the Road Development Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the Upgrading of Road M020 in Central Province as follows:
Lot 1 - Landless Corner Km 0 to Km 65 (65 km); and
Lot 2 - Km 65 to Mumbwa (50 km).
