The Road Development Agency (RDA) is rehabilitating the first 29.5 kilometres section of the Monze-Niko Road and upgrading to bituminous standard that last 41.5 kilometres of section of the same road.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Scope of works required under this project and respective progress is summarized as follows:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Clearing and grubbing \u2013 55.24%;
Road bed preparation \u2013 45.86%;
Mass earthworks \u2013 21.20%;
Pavement layers and \u2013 0%;
Pothole parching and levelling course \u2013 10%;
Surfacing \u2013 0%;
Drainage works \u2013 0%;
Prefabricated culverts \u2013 4%
Structures \u2013 0%;
Ancillary works \u2013 0%;
Emergency works- 12.8%; and
Diversion \u2013 36%.
This progress covers the period from 21st November 2023 to 06th June 2024 and all construction work would be completed within 24 months<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\r\n
